Company structure, restructuring, investment, M&A, coaching, strategy, finance, marketing, production, processes, IT, sales, legal, compliance, and HR.

INVESTMENT
We support startups and young companies in their search Investors - the amount of capital required is irrelevant. advisoryteam ® invests itself up to a certain ticket size, but also works as a lead or co- investor in different rounds. Our support ranging from Pre-Seed to Series B.
Our investor network is very large and also includes certain investors industry investors.
GROWTH
Our venture team works closely with a large network so that scaling can be supported once the company has reached the optimal stage structurally and procedurally.
EXIT READY
Interested buyers often approach jung companies. Some start-ups initiate this process themselves. Our banking and legal partners support the process optimally and act together with the founders.

Certain positions might be open in the start up, but belong to the key positions. Our venture team is available for interim positions. One of the specialties of our #cocovestment approach.
